Who you are…
Position is open to candidates located in Orlando, Florida area. Candidates must be authorized to work in United States of America.
As a Account Manager, you will work closely with the Network Distribution and Convert2Media teams to build and grow our advertising affiliate network. This position is responsible for both helping optimize the success of an existing portfolio of affiliates and attracting new affiliates to the network, all with the goal of scaling the growth and market presence of Convert2Media.
As an intern, you will be working on multiple projects, which will include:
Key Accountabilities
- Grow the Convert2Media affiliate publishing business
- Introduce affiliates to the offers available on the Convert2Media network
- Be a subject matter expert to the network distribution team and work with existing account managers and affiliates to expand relationships and increase the number of offers they are running
- Build and maintain an intimate knowledge of industry developments to spot trends and opportunities
- Build and maintain great relationships with clients via phone, instant messaging, and email
Client Relations
- Update affiliates with payouts, creatives and contact information
- Provide prompt and punctual service
- Represent Convert2Media in an ethical and truthful manner at all times
- Build and maintain solid business relationships with affiliates
- Keeping track of daily statistics and advise management on the analyzed results
Team
- Maintain professional and appropriate working relationships with all team members. This includes demonstrating respect, enthusiasm and initiative
- Demonstrate teamwork, reliability and professionalism in the workplace
- Continue training and development as an Affiliate Manager
Education and Experience
- Experience in sales, particularly business to business
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented entrepreneurial environment
- Post-secondary education in business, commerce or marketing
- Online marketing, mobile or advertising experience an asset

- Strong working knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry
- Deep understanding of the mobile/wireless industry, especially as regards marketing
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite, HTML and using the Internet as a research tool
